Environmental protection and sustainability have been part of Michaela’s world since she was very young. After Chernobyl and the Kyoto Protocol, she knew she had to join the fight for a better world. As Group Head Marketing, she’s also been working on sustainability – or, more precisely, sustainable investing – as part of her job for more than ten years. There’s no such thing as can’t! That’s Tobias Schlömer’s life motto. Our head of Group Multi Channel Management at LLB is a real DIY pro. At work, he’s always got a laptop, headset and digital tools to hand. But when he’s at home, these make way for hammers, saws and even sewing needles. Whether it’s a cot or a changing table, no job is too big or difficult for Tobias! He often finds ideas for his next project on the internet. But it’s the other way around at wiLLBe because Tobias is the one giving out tips, tricks and inspiration for you to find your next sustainable investment idea.

wiLLBe wouldn’t get very far without Josef Nachbaur. As Head of IT Digital Banking, he and his team are responsible for implementing digital projects for LLB customers, not to mention ensuring that everything is working as it should. Josef joined LLB back in 1998 so he’s seen technical developments come and go, eventually replaced by yet another update. He balances all the bits and bytes with mountain biking but also enjoys a glass of fine wine with friends and family.
